CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the final proof has not been approved yet. If the order is canceled after that, then you will receive a refund deducting the set-up charges and any artwork services paid for if applicable.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been customized unless they have a manufacturing defect. For that reason, we ask you to check your order as soon as you receive and contact us to report any discrepancy or defects no later than 30 days after receiving your order. We stand behind our product and 100% customer satisfaction is our goal, so if we do something wrong we will make sure to correct it in the shortest time possible.
