What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) is as low as 100 Cups and they can be incremented in multiples of 100. However, should you have any specific request, let us know and we will always try to accommodate your needs.
Can you send me digital proof before production?
Absolutely! Our graphics team will always send you a digital proof of how the cup will look both in 2D and 3D, so you can confirm the colors as well as the locations and sizing of the artwork on the product. Keep in mind that the digital proof is the closest representation on how the product will look like, nevertheless because of variations/settings in monitors and printers, there might be slight color variation on the final product.
Can you send me some samples before I approve the final production?
We can certainly supply with physical samples of our stock cups for your review but unfortunately, we cannot provide the real production proof as it would be too costly. What we can do, is provide FREE of charge a digital 3D animation on how your product would look like, and weather you choose to go with foil or color, you will be able to see the details with the selection chosen.
What are set up charges?
These are the charges incurred during the creation of your artwork to be able to reproduce in your product like printing plate or dies. Keep in mind that depending on the process, the artwork charges might vary or sometimes there aren’t any. These will automatically appear on your shopping cart according to your selection.
Can I use colors from the Pantone System?
We currently don’t work with the Pantone guide but with the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) model. We will do the best color match using CMYK but cannot guarantee the exact same color.
Can I select special foil colors that are not shown on the selector?
Depending on the volume of the order, we might be able to offer a special foil color at an additional fee. The fee will basically cover the additional cost to order that special material for the order as it is not a foil we keep in inventory. We have though a huge selection of stock color that are included the in the product price.
If I reorder an item will I pay set-up charges again?
No you will not as long as you are repeating the exact artwork on the same product. Simply let us know it is a re-order and that is it! You will have the option when you log into your account to specify it’s a repeating order and select from your previous designs.
What if I don't have artwork?
Don’t worry we are here to help you! When you submit your order make sure to select you that you need graphic design services and for a flat rate of $50 we will create whatever is on your mind. Simply fill out as much information as you can and provide us with any images, sketches or drawing and in a period of 24 hours, one of our graphic team members will contact you to confirm the details to start working on your unique design.
How does the artwork service work?
Once you have provided to our graphic team members what you would like, we will send you 3 suggestions for you to pick. Out of the selection chosen, you will have the chance to do up to (3) revisions. Logo designs are excluded from this service. Our goal will always be to make sure you are satisfied and happy with the artwork.
I have my own artwork; what file format do you need?
Ideally the preferred format for artwork is in Vectors, including .AI, .EPS, editable PDF. We can always try free of charge to vectorize raster images as long as they are sent in high definition (Minimum of 300 DPI). Keep in mind that if redrawing becomes complex because of the designs additional graphic services may apply.
Can I use copyrighted or licensed material?
If customer has all the rights and permissions to reproduced copyrighted material. Its it the customer responsibility to obtain such rights for any material, logos, trademarks that might represent a liability. We cannot accept and reproduced any material that will make liable for copyright infringement.
How fast will I get my order?
After order is placed, it could take up to 10 business days to ship. Please note that the days start counting after we have received the artwork and final proof have been approved. The faster we get information from you the faster the order will ship. Please keep in mind that not having the necessary information on hand or delaying the approval of artwork services will affect the time for the order to go into production and ultimately shipping date.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we cut the shipping date to up to 5 days and shipped rush at a fee of $50. The overnight charges will need to be selected during the check-out process to make sure the order delivers the next business day after production. Take into consideration that artwork needs to be in the requested format so we can expedite the process for order final artwork approval, otherwise this will delay the shipping.
What type of payments do you accept?
All orders need to be prepaid in order to guarantee their place in line, and estimated shipping date will always be provided when placing the order. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and ACH transfer. If you wish to send your payment via check-in mail, we will be happy to accept it as well, just keep in mind that funds would need to be collected first prior to order confirmation.
How is my order shipped?
Normally we ship orders via ground service using UPS or the United States Postal Service. When placing your order, enter your zip code and our systems will automatically provide you with the options where you can pick whatever is more convenient for you. Note the shipping costs are an estimate and could vary.
Can I pick up my order?
You sure can, just select the customer pick-up during check out. We are always happy to meet our customer so if you live around the area, we will let you know once your order is ready so you can stop by.
Can I ship internationally?
We certainly can, so if you have special shipping instructions outside the US Continental, call us and we will arrange it for you.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, if your order exceeds 500 cups. The pricing will automatically adjust as you move between brackets, so the more you buy, the more you will save.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the final proof has not been approved yet. If the order is cancelled after that, then you will receive a refund deducting the set-up charges and any artwork services paid for if applicable.
What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been customized unless they have a manufacturing defect. For that reason, we ask you to check your order as soon as you receive and contact us to report any discrepancy or defects no later than 30 days after receiving your order. We stand behind our product and 100% customer satisfaction is our goal, so if we do something wrong we will make sure to correct it in the shortest time possible.
Is it safe to place the cups in the microwave?
No, our cups are not safe to be place in microwave, so please be cautious and read the warnings on the packaging.
